The Newly refurbished Village Hall with its wonderful panoramic views is available for hire for your next function e.g. Wedding, Birthday party or just a party with friends.

Hall Hire Charges

Rates per hour (or part thereof):		Block Rates:
Initial minimum charge	£5.00	Mornings (0900 to 1300)	£15.00
Hall	£5.00	Afternoons (1300 to 1700)	£15.00
Meeting Rooms	£2.50	Full Day (0900 to 1700)	£25.00
		Evenings (1700 to 2300)	Hourly Rate

Equipment Hire Charges (in addition to hire of hall)
(tables and chairs can be hired for use away from the hall)

Short Mat Bowls Set (for use in the hall only)	£5.00
Tables, chairs, crockery and glasses may be hired per day for events away from the hall and must be collected and returned by the hirer:
Large Gopack folding tables	£2.00 each per day
Small Gopack folding tables	£1.00 each per day
Chairs	£0.25 each per day
Crockery, china, glass	donation to funds

A commercial rate of double the above applies to all bookings not directly of benefit to the hall and the community of East Portlemouth.
